How to request deletion of your account and data from the Chic & Dapper app.

If you'd like to delete your Chic & Dapper account and the data associated with it, follow the steps below. This applies to accounts created on the Chic & Dapper mobile app or chicanddapper.us.

Steps to request account deletion

  1. Email contact@chicanddapper.us from the email address associated with your account
  2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the name and phone number on your account so we can locate it
  3. We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion, typically within 7 business days

What we may retain

Order and transaction records may be retained even after account deletion where required for tax, accounting, or legal recordkeeping obligations — this mirrors the retention terms in our Privacy Policy. This data is retained for compliance purposes only and is no longer linked to an active account you can sign into.
