2- What is the cost for your service?
The cost varies depending on the garment type and material. When you place the order using our mobile app, the prices are provided based on your garment and quantity.
3- Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes and No. You don’t need to pay shipping for orders that are $50 or more; however, orders less than $50 would require a flat rate shipping of $15 (Pickup and Drop included).
4- How soon can I get my clothes back?
We take 48hrs to complete the ironing service and deliver your garments. If you need your dresses sooner, you can request expedited (24 hrs) or emergency service (6 hrs) while placing the order. There will be an additional cost of $10 for expedited service and $20 for emergency service.
5- What if my clothes have stains? Will you remove them before ironing?
Absolutely. We can remove all kinds of stains from your precious dress for an additional $5 per fabric.
6- How safe are my clothes from damaging?
We use highly sophisticated automated machines that supply the right amount of steam and heat safely. Along with our experienced technicians, this ensures your precious and delicate fabrics are well cared for during our service.
7- What areas do you provide services?
We provide services to Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Little Elm, and Plano. We will expand our service area in the future.
